THE GARDEN WALKWAY
 
A paved walkway will guide you through the garden. You will cross many different larges trees as well as rare plants. There are several places where you can sit and enjoy the nature. 
 
You will particularly appreciate the fountains and the small creek winding through the garden.

THE PRIVATE TENNIS COURT AND THE MULTISPORT PLAYGROUND
 
The villa features a private tennis court (in pervious concrete) with a practice wall. The multisport playground is equipped with a handball goal and a basketball hoop. If needed, rackets and balls are provided

THE NATURAL PARK OF ESTEREL
 
As the residential park is adjacent to the natural park of Estérel, you will also see close to the property of deer, deer and wild boar (they are not dangerous).
Outside the property a few minutes walk you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bay of Cannes in the background with the islands of Lerin.
If you feel like it, you will walk to the trails that crisscross the Esterel Nature Park at an altitude of 614 meters
